To start things off I will list all of the foods that i’m allergic to: nuts, peanuts, soy, lentils, chickpeas, split peas and seafood.
My food allergies have made me hyper aware of what i’m eating and what exactly is in it. Naturally I am drawn to simple, homemade and hearty recipes made with ingredients I can pronounce and that won’t put me into anaphylactic shock. I started this blog to share some of my recipes with other food-allergy friends out there. Bon appétit!
